Construction is happening…

The sub-floor upstairs is done and the concrete is being poured on Monday. We have been working hard brewing in anticipation of our release in September. Brewing in the kitchen is a challenge and limits the amount we can produce, so we cannot wait to get settled into the new brewery and make some bigger batches. The So-Cal Lager is bottled, the West Coast IPA is currently being dry hopped and we will start work on the Rye IPA next week.
